Shawn K. Singh, J.D.

Managing Principal

Mr. Singh has been working with life science companies for nearly 20 years. As Principal, he focuses on our late-stage portfolio companies, with emphasis on companies entering or having recently entered the public equity markets, including primary focus on Echo Therapeutics and VistaGen Therapeutics for which he serves in both senior management and director roles. Prior to joining us, Mr. Singh served as Chief Business Officer of SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: SCLN), founder and Managing Director of Start-Up-Law, President of Artemis Neuroscience and as a corporate finance associate in the Silicon Valley offices of Morrison & Foerster, an international law firm. Mr. Singh is a member of the State Bar of California and is based in Silicon Valley.
