Investment Criteria

We focus on several characteristics when assessing potential CRO Service Capital™ investment opportunities. Key among them are operating experience and a passionate, in-tact leadership team possessing not only clinical, scientific or technical experience related to their company's core development programs, but also a vision for the future success of those programs. We also consider critically whether our CRO Service Capital™ has the potential to make a near term difference in the development and commercialization of a company's core programs and its ability to obtain funding. We seek to invest our CRO Service Capital™ in companies with a realistic business model built on reasonable assumptions, innovative drug candidates or technologies supported by a strong intellectual property position and a solid pathway to commercial protection. We prefer companies targeting a large market potential (at least $100 million in annual sales) within a reasonable amount of time (up to seven years) based upon a realistic analysis of the market from the bottom up. We also share management's traditional objectives of capital appreciation and liquidity.
